Reason for dismissal

I did one of these type of courses many years ago, I wasn't keen on sharing a room. The person I had to share with snored very loudly, I got up and found a spare room, got marked up for initiative.
Remember its not whether you win or lose its how you play the game.
We were divided into teams and things were about team tasks, if a member could not physically do a task it was up to the other team members to find a way the help them complete the task
Take your age and maturity to the party and enjoy
