My daughter and friends are going to a gig on Union Street, Glasgow on Tuesday 17th July. I need to meet her after the gig to walk her back to the hotel (she won't know what time she's finished). I will have my parents (early 60s) with me and was gonna go for a meal (traditional/UK food) and then to a pub (preferably with entertainment) somewhere nearby so she can give me a ring when she's ready. Can anyone recommend anywhere in the area where both my parents and I will feel comfortable. Thanks in advance.

I would thoroughly recommend lavita restaurant which is just off George Sq. You wont be disappointed, its an italian restaurant and the food is great. They have a website http://www.lavitapizzeria.co.uk/.0
