Ive Done it

well went to court this morning and was declared bankrupt. It was a very surreal fealing and strange. Didnt even need to see the judge was declared bankrupt straight away. Then went into a small room and had a telephone interview with the or who seems like a really nice lady. And that was me done and dusted. She said its up to nationwide as to whether I can keep my flexi account open as i need it for my benefits to be paid in. Not quite sure still what happens with my joint mortagage and joint secured loan that i have with my ex partner (I do not live there its up for sale) So might find out that in time
All in all im glad its over and was only there about 1 hour

Glad it went well for you - good luck for the future.
I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
