Interesting blog from Parking Prankster today regarding MET and MacDonalds
http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2014/06/met-parking-operate-customer-not-here.html
Whatever next?
Parking warden Savage issuing a PCN for "failing to remain in the vehicle for the duration of the time parked"?

I tried reporting it to Ealing TS, got nowhere, most annoying website. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

My local TS says they do not deal with complaints from the public at all, only companies!Je suis Charlie.0

As you can no doubt imagine, I am a consummate complainer and have always found Reading TS very helpful.
If you write TS complaining about a specific breach of consumer legislation, (SOGA, TDA, UTCCC, etc, I do not see how they can decline to act on it. Who else is there to deal with it, Consumer Direct are useless, when I last spoke to them the woman I spoke to knew less about SOGA than I did.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

Yes indeed, writing to them is the only way to circumvent their refusal to engage with the hoi polloi by telephonic or other electronic means. Mind you, I still feel that a letter on real paper carries much more weight than a 'phone call or an email anyway.Je suis Charlie.0
