Probably a very silly question!!

Morning guys... Happy Saturday.
I recieved my mortgage offer through a while ago and have just re-read through it all (pretty anal like that) and I've just noticed a section where it states "upon mortgage advance being sent this will be done by chaps which incurs a £30.00 charge and will need 48 hours notice from your solicitor. This will be deducted from your mortgage amount". Now I am reading that that my mortgage advance will be -£30. Does this simply mean that I will have to transfer £30 extra in to my solicitors account with my deposit to make sure the total amount is correct? I wasn't sure and as my thread name states its probably a very simply question but I am an over dramatic and over worried FTB and I have a serious issue with being over organised.
Thanks in advance
Kirsty

Yes. You will need to fun it.
Your solicitor will send you a completion statement detailing what needs t be paid by you.
It will show how much is coming in from the lender and list costs and fees for the solicitors.
The difference between the purchase price and the total of costs will be your deposit.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
