CAPQUEST - CCA arrives after 12 + 14 days

Hello,
Could anyone please advise.
I sent Capquest a CCA request for an Egg card that I had years ago. They didn't provide it in the first 12 working days as requested and it has now arrived a further 14 days after this deadline.
It looks legit, it has my signature on etc and show my old address - sorry don't have a scanner.
Is this it then? Even though they sent it late do I now have to miserably assume that I am going to have to pay these people?!

You've done well I can't get CRapquest to do anything of use. They are the only creditor I truely hate and Egg does nothing to control their behaviour so I have no respect for them either.
I would presume if they have sent it then you have to pay up.Barclaycard 3800
