Hi guys . I have two properties.
The one I live in and is mortgage free (95k) and a property I started to do up before out marital split. I paid 95k and have 74k left on mortgage. When this property is finished it will be 2 x 1 bed flats yielding £400 a month each. The estate agent said I could ask around £140 k if I sell on completion. The issue is I need a BTL mortgage in order to release about 25k to finish the flats off.
Can anyone recommend a good company pls.. I have tried Aldermore but they never got back to me after their initial email.
