Derma Roller facials

I was doing a presentation at a sixth firm college today and one of the girls did a cartoon of me - it was not done maliciously as she does them of everyone. Oh.My.God. It looked like a picture of Muriel Finster off the Recess cartoon!

I would love to get a derma roller facial but they are expensive. Gas anyone had one and rid it do any good?

I had it done in India in a hospital by a doctor and had to buy the Roller.
They sell the rollers on Ebay/Amazon and they are cheap but look at the reviews to see what ones are best.
The expensive part is the numbing cream you use.The pain without using the cream is awful and to really make a difference you need to roll hard on your face but not so hard you bleed.Awful video on youtube with some woman using one and she rolls so hard its painful to watch.
Some people use them every week but i was told every 6 weeks as its supposed to take that long for the Collagen to repair the skin.Oh plus you need Collagen cream but i used Vitamin C serum or Vitamin D serum after doing it.
As far as i remember i didnt notice any difference but have just started using it on one hand to see how it works and so far so good.
