Hairy Bikers Diet Club

I have been trying to find some information about this. The website doesn't show any examples - you gave to join before you can see exactly what you're getting.

I just wondered if anyone had joined and could tell he if it is worth it? Before anyone says it I KNOW I should just eat less but ......

    If you're looking for online health motivation, there are plenty of forums who will help you with specific diet and exercise plans, usually for free.

    My OH and I have got both their recipe books and the meals are actually really tasty! They also list all the calorie contents/nutritional info. They basically follow the principle of cutting out the junk food and eating less calories (1200ish per day). You could probably pick up the books second hand on Amazon :) I think I bought mine from The Book people for £5!
