Hey guys
I've got a a job interview for a case manager working for a of a bank. Basically checking documents relating to mortgage applications. So brokers probs contact me or customers.
I've not done anything like this before. But I have a telephone role play to do at the assessment centre. I don't know what to expect.
Please could someone give me some scenarios or something that may come up in the role play so I can prepare..

Ive had 2 role plays before when applying for jobs with financial service companies, both had a similar roleplay (I got both)...
Selling a holiday. Listen to what the person wants, do they want sun/beach/skiing/clubbing etc. Relay how your recommendation hits what they want, ie its sunny, pool, near the bars, it does/does not allow kids.
Expect them to reject the first option.
Try to cross sell something - insurance/foreign exchange etc.
- it doesnt matter what the scenario is, the principle is the same. Listen, come back with something they want, try to promote other services, expect a rejection on your first response... this is just to check how you deal with rejection.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
