Prove it letter for mobile phone?

I saw that on the post where the template letter is, it says that you can't use that one. So which one do you use?
My sister says she has no idea about the debt (she received a letter from Arrow Global), so we need a prove it letter.

You can use the prove it letter, and it is the right letter to use in this situation. Template here - Letter when you know nothing about about the debt - AKA "Prove it" letter
