i need some advice please

im in a bit of a mess i have a loan with cahoot and iv fallen behind with payment but bit of a long story why this has happend but they want £909.88 NOW

I think the first thing we need to know is, is this a temporary problem you have or long term are you struggling to pay the loan.

If you feel comfortable you could post your financial monthly situation.

opp dont know what happend there sent before i finished

the rest was i cant afford to pay that all in one go

can someone explain to me about tocken payment,s please

im going to e-mail them explaining that i cant afford this so if anyone has tip,s on what to put in e-mail that would be a great help

They all want it NOW - what you haven't got they can't have - if you havent already done it sort out your statement of means and tell them how much you can afford to pay and make sure you pay it - it is hard to begin with and they will hassle you and threaten allsorts - but eventually they will accept the lower payments

ok well my hubby started a company with someone who to put it short screwed us over big time we lost about 20k because of this so thats why we have fallen behind on payment we carried on with the company got it back up and running and starting to do well but still tight with money due to refunds needing to be payed to people so we still dont have much money at the mo but i cant say to cahoot i can pay that in such a time because i dont know just yet when i could

so what ever i offer to pay a month do they have to take it
