application form asking for paid job only

hello people
I have been working for the past 2 years, paid job. Ive applied for another job. passed the first round of interviews.
in my CV I have listed all the jobs that I have done but when I was unemployed for a while I also did work experience, where I didn't get paid. I have also included that on my cv. ive included a few voluntary placements on my cvs to fill gaps.
Now I have an application form to fill. But its askng for employment history, which I assume is only paid jobs.
would this have a negative impact on my job application? when they see the difference?

Definitely not, it will show that you are a keen worker.0

I always put voluntary work in these sections if there is no other appropriate place. You can just put 'Voluntary' in the salary box, if there is one, or mark it some other way. It's far better to show you were committed to something, ie unpaid work, rather than did nothing.0

Agree you should include it.
Slightly unrelated but is it just me who thinks it's a bit bizarre to be filling in an application form after the first round of interviews? Perhap I've misunderstood something!0
