Please be very carefull in your dealings with MOORCROFT.
Please make sure that they acknowledge that any offer is taken as FULL and FINAL SETTLEMENT and insist that they confirm this IN WRITING before sending the payment.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

I'd go in with an offer of 50% of the debt usualy they will settle for 75% but some have settled for much less, it depends on each cases merit.Barclaycard 3800

I find it helps to pay at a bank get the letter stamped and the amount paid written on. Never pay without the letter! Please be very carefull in your dealings with MOORCROFT.
