halifax reduce mortgage interest letter

hi , i have received a couple of letters regarding mortgage interest and looking into an illustrator guide to see if i can pay less interest - but to be honest it might as well be written in an alien language - i dont undertand it at all - i went into halifax and got no help whatsoever and got told to go on the internet. can anyone help me understand this? seems to be broken into 4 sub accounts?

From what you've written your mortgage appears to consist of 4 sub accounts. So as a starter, what are the balances outstanding on each account and what rate of interest are you paying.
