Hi
We have received a phishing letter from a DCA for someone who doesn't live at our address, we have recieved letters for this individual in the past and sent them back, but we continue to get letters and have opened the one. Is there a template that I can use to send to the DCA to state that the person doesn't live at our address?
Thanks in advance!

Probably not worth bothering at this stage. As it's not in your name, it's doing you no harm so far.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Post 2 is good advice.
Post 4 is not. They are not harassing you. They are not harassing the addressee either.
I am with Harvey (post 2) and Fermi. This isn't your problem, please try to avoid making it so.BSC No 248
