Official Rules

1. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 16 or over. Only one entry per person.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.
3. The prize is an iPad (4th Gen 16GB Wi-Fi) and four tickets to the BT Digital Champions Rock Assembly concert to be held at Wembley Arena (9 July 2014). Please note that travel and accommodation is not included. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
5. Entries must be made by: following the link on http://po.st/rockassembly to access the entry form, completing the form in full and submitting by 14:59pm on Friday 27 June 2014.
6. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random, from the pool of entries, by an independent person on Monday 30 June 2014. The winner will be notified by email or telephone no later than Friday 4 July 2014.
7. A list of prize winners (first and last name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to Kelly Wheeler, BT Centre, 81 Newgate Street, London, EC1A on or before 14th July 2014.
8. By entering this Prize Draw you agree that your image, biography and likeness (if applicable) may be used by the Promoter in unpaid promotional related publicity (including photographic shots and interviews).
9. Your personal details will be retained for the purpose of the Prize Draw and will not be processed for any other purpose, unless you choose or have chosen to receive information from the Promoter. 10. No cash alternative will be offered and prizes are non-transferable.

The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the winner if they cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the promoter’s sole discretion) and the right to disqualify any entrant or select alternative winner in the event that it believes that any entrant has contravened these Terms and Conditions.
