When having a meeting with HR people in a company for a job change (internal transfer)
what type of topics are discussed, in the agenda?
Can you give examples of what would be discussed in a HR meeting, and how long do they usually last ?

That would be completely dependent on the role you are applying for, your conduct in current role, sickness record, and any interjections your manager wishes to put in either in favour or not in favour of a job change.
You would need to contact HR directly (if this is about yourself) for guidance as each company usually has their own protocols and guidelines.0 -
Depends on the company, some meetings will be formal with discussions about progress, job duties, opportunities, training, increased package etc or could be chat over a coffee or a beer.0
