The website's using outdated software.

There is no contact address or phone number which contravenes the Distance Selling Regulations. The Domain has been registered using a privacy protection service. Somebody has got something to hide haven't they?

The returns policy breaks the Distance Selling Regulations. The website says products must be returned within seven days in original packaging. This is not true. The DSRs say that customers have seven working days to inform the vendor of returns although this rule will be changing soon to fourteen calendar days to return the item(s). There is no requirement in the regulations for original packaging to be returned.

The Checkout page where customers are required to enter sensitive personal information is unencrypted.
The Privacy Policy is dodgy as well because it doesn't give customers the opportunity to opt out of receiving promotional emails.
I wouldn't use this website.0 -
So I'm guessing you have to be a mother to buy these non-maternity items? (all 3 of them?)0

Yeah it's very useful site. I love the accessories "bag". I think it's good quality.0

Just an update.
After reading coopdivi post I was really worried as I had already placed an order.
His comments have turned out to be unfounded and false. Today I received my order from www.motherhoodworld.co.uk. I am very pleased with my purchase. The only way you can buy on the site is via Paypal so I do not understand coopdivi warnings as you are covered by Paypal terms and conditions.
It seems that MSE is no longer the word of god or ever was as some of us have known for years.
Happy shopping!0 -
Still as before , no secure checkout so ALL your personal details are captured and stored in a non secure method
No data controller registration , which is a legal requirement and NOT. Optional . Data protection insists all your data is secure stored in a secure manner , thus site does not comply
Hidden site ownership, no address or phone member to contact them , all legal requirements to trade
Still one to avoid until it's sortedEx forum ambassador
