Just in the process of ripping all the laminate in this house out
Sick of the sight of it. It's noisy, a !!!!!! to clean and is cold
Just laid a wood effect Lino in the hall and it's stunning. Warm and quiet and cos it's a lovely distressed oak effect,it doesn't show paw prints. Needs mopping weekly instead of daily0 -
Did you have to sand the floorboards underneath, or lay hardboard down before the lino?
Our house has concrete floors and that was sound that we could have laid on top of that. Only the skirting was a tad too high and I didn't want beading so we laid a 8mm ply first just bonding it to the floor
