    OP = no need to send them a SOA.

    Anyone can request to see it, but only a judge can ACTUALLY see it.

    How old is the debt? - Defaulted in 2010
    when was last payment? - about a week ago - £7.50
    What type of debt is it? - Credit card debt

    Well, I have put forward an offer of £1600 in writing to pay the debt of £9422. I know it wont be accepted, but when it is rejected I will if they will negotiate.
