12.7.07 what small dfw thing will you do or have you done today?

Hello lovely DFWers - old timers and newbies. :j

When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.

But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free.

Examples could be charging your phone up at work instead of at home to save your electricity, hanging the washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.

So be proud of those small steps, they really are important.

Today I will do the following:
- send everyone with pack ups for lunch
- check online banking and update spreadsheet
- do clicks and surveys, having signed up to test&vote yesterday
- DD is going to see Harry Potter with Guides tonight - all paid for so no need for me to pay for her to see it next week!
- do a matched bet
- do a mystery shop
- not increase my debt in any way
- be positive

I hope you all have a good day xx

Use my last free loaf voucher from Greggs to get a loaf
Get work collegue to walk out of the mall with me to advoid late night shopping.

Albeit I am paying 50p more to go the quick way to work >.<

Oh yeah - makesure I don't leave the store for lunch, or I will be tempted to get an Animal Crossing (video game), capsule in the £1 machines.
