Wonga compensation

I think I may have recieved one of the above letters and theirfore be entitled to £50 - however the above article does not state how you go about claiming it?
If they owed you £50 would they knock off outstanding debt?

There is a thread with more information already on this board - Wonga use fake law firm
They will be writing to the customers who received these letters to offer compensation over the next month or so.
And yes if you owe them money they will deduct it from your balance.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
