Very disappointing weekend
They are having an "Italian week" , with the weekend half price offers as :

Vine Tomatoes ( again ! ) 89p per Kg
Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese £1.49 for 200g
Lasagne 32p for 500g

    My thoughts entirely - perhaps they want us to do a meat-free vegetarian version

    great way to use up past its best veg though.I love the occasional veggie lasagne,makes a nice cheaper option, or using half meat-half veg.Once it in the made-up dish with the sauce you would be hard pressed to notice.

    Thanks for posting, but not good!!

    I agree that Aldi is winning and their sausages on offer at £1.49 are good value for the quality.
    Shame they aren't half-price, but that's being greedy. lol

    Tomatoes are a good price, but they are so in season they could almost be cheaper than that really. Same goes for strawberries.
