Court Tomorrow, Last minute panic questions

First I have a question regarding filling out form 6.28

It has a blank box to fill out at top of page No._________ of 20______

No idea what is supposed to go in there as the guidance notes say nothing about it.

Then below it says Re____________________

Does my full name go in there??????

Second question, do I take one copy of my forms or do I need duplicates for the court???

Third question, I was asked to go down to the court previous to my court date to have my forms checked, I have not managed to as I haven't been able to get out of work to do so. Is this compulsory or am I ok just to turn up tomorrow? I am reasonably sure the rest of the forms are filled out correctly, although I am missing most account numbers but I have no way of getting them.

Last question, am I right in saying that I do not sign any of the forms as I have to do this in court in front of a witness????

Thanks to anybody who can help

I assume this is the first page? You leave these boxes blank. See https://nedcab.cabmoney.org.uk/bankruptcy628.asp?pNo=1. That site has complete examples of both bankruptcy forms.

You need the original plus 2 copies of 6.27 and 6.28.

If you are seeking relief from the court fees, you don't need extra copies of EX160A

This must be something your local court wants, it's not a national requirement. You need to call the court and check with them about this.

    Yes

Best of luck, let us know how it goes. It probably won't be nearly as bad as you fear.

Thank you for that, I am glad you provided that link as it appears I am competent at filling out forms at least if not competent at looking after my finances. The only think I have different on the forms is I have written 0 in places they have written nil but I am sure that won't make any difference.

Looks like I am all set for tomorrow.

Thanks for the support to all those that have helped me through the process so far.

Oh, another question. Does it matter how I go dressed. I don't have a suit.

The court clerk will get you to sign the forms infront of him/her when they are happy they are in order and the fees (if applicable) have been paid.

Jeans and an unwashed T-shirt will be fine, though you will probably feel more confident if you are smartly dressed...
