Think we all have moments like that. Guess you'll feel loads better once you've joined the gym and made a start. Plus it's surprising how small changes can make a big difference over a long period.

Also remember that once you click get voucher, you are safe to place another order. Their stupid system only remembers one order at a time and if you place and collect another order before clicking Get Voucher, your first vouchers are lost.

Masterchef....none of them seem particularly good although I like both Charlie and Sophie.....they seem like really nice down to earth people.
