Anyway I turned 40 last Saturday , sorry didnt mention it , wasnt facing it, even hid it on facebook.

I did have a lovely birthday, went to see transformers with OH and had a chinese take out.

I have decided that Im a mess and going to drop a few(several) pounds. I never planned to be fat and forty !!

So no biscuits here and going to go see about local council gym.

anyway sorry for dropping soul on page. Going to weigh self later and start the journey.

Ok feeling better now, just been and got biscuits, the flash gel is reduced in my store so will do a c&c for later and pick up some more biscuits and even managed to find a load of the 2p shower gel

The main thing I'm trying to do is drink more water. Sounds small but I hardly drink any!

I'm sure you're not a mess, but if you feel overweight then dropping a few pounds will likely make all the difference to how you feel

Oh and good morning. I'm in a bit of a mood myself today. As patient and understanding as I am about my OHs illness......sometimes he's just a selfish !!!! and jeez has put me in a bad mood! I won't go into the boring details, I'll just say he better get some sturdy knee pads!
