Back from a trip to town and my morning is still pretty much as good as it started off
Went to argus and forgot to take my gift card with me :o so had to pay for the game DS1 wanted me to pick up for him  I will use this gift card at some point (someone usually always wants something from there).
Took a game into game for trade in as they say they'll beat a local price by £1. Apparently they need a print out of the price cex is charging? Trying to fathom out how to do that one as the only proof I have is what the bloke in the shop said or the internet page where it says what they trade in at.

Is there any chance I can start July again please? :D
I think I'm gonna have to write these couple of weeks off and start again the day after the car has been serviced :rotfl:

Using up the very last of the fruit and veg- fig and apricot chutney making today. Then having a big old spring clean.

I feel a lot less down in the dumps than I did yesterday. QOC I'm sorry to hear about your marmalade disaster. If it helps, my plum jam has gone a bit boobs up. The set is too liquidy so it's more of a compote. Should I boil it again do you think jam advisors?

Depends on whether you want to really, if you're happy with it like that, or you can find an alternative use for it in its current state, then don't bother! I think I will have the opposite problem and it may require some time in the microwave in order to be able to get my knife through it :rotfl:
