Seems to be a little confusion about which flavours of reeds compare, so a pic might help :)

Tesco - White, Purple, Pink, NOT Blue

Sains - White, Purple, Blue, NOT Pink

  • Whilst its quite and I have yiur attention does anyone know what this means?
in the side basket sainsburys and morries are a £1
but show n/a when you look at the item detail.
then theres the Tesco thing showing £2.50 * (strike through) then £1.25 but in the side basket not showing discout.

I did answer this earlier but think I quoted the wrong person, sorry!

If I understand it correctly (an expert elite would know, I'm just a newbie lurker ;) )

It will compare at the 1.25 price even though it's oos. The side basket shows the replacement item price e.g. a different version of the gel as if you swapped baskets to T you wouldn't be able to buy the NZ one as it's oos. The replacement is £1 so if you just look at basket comparison to see what your APG would be it is inaccurate as it is comparing against a replacement which is not how the APG will compare.

Hth. And that I'm right or I have no idea how to do APG shops and am about to buy some really expensive gel cleaner and reeds. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Thanks for this.

Somewhat sadly the only flavour I like the smell of is Blue but want to do A v T shop, oh well.

Hi Siobhan :) I'm not good at explaining in words, but I'll try. :o

Where it says Tesco[STRIKE] £2.50[/STRIKE], £1.25 this just means that T's have reduced the price from £2.50 to £1.25.

The little * means that it is OOS in T's, but it still compares for APG purposes for 7 days, after it goes OOS.

The side basket is showing a 'comparable' item for you to buy, not the exact item. If you switch your basket to eg Sains, you will see that MSM is suggesting the Flash Lemon at £1. HTH.
