I must be on the edge of OCD as well because the new little tray that the squares sit in is just too much. Gone are the neat little 3 x 4 rows of squares. Now there 3 squares on each long edge of the tray and 2 mis- aligned ones on the inside rows.
.......think I'd better find something more constructive to do with my time:rotfl:
OMG FC you sound like me
One of my nemesis as a child was chocolate advent calendars, because the doors are opened randomly
I also hate packs of ibuprofen (the round ones) that come in a blister pack of 16 and are in 4 slightly staggered rows of 4 (if you know the ones I mean)Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

Morning all
Lovely morning so I've been for a wee walk after taking DD to nursery.
Just waiting on the washing finishing so I can hang it out and then put my feets up for half an hour...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.
PRIDE
There's a fork in the road, which way will you go
You standing still or will you step into the great unknown,
Is yours to decide, this is your life.

What a difficult situation for youyou sound like you are doing the very best you can. Only you can judge how sensible your daughter is, this is one of those situations where everyone will have a different view.
Despite what people think, there is no law which states what age children can be left alone, it's down to your judgement. All the law says is that you mustn't leave a child unsupervised in a manner likely to cause unnecessary suffering or injury to health.
There are however, broad guidelines laid down by the NSPCC which state that children under 16 shouldn't be left alone overnight. I expect SS use these guidelines as a starting point?
All you can do is co-operate with SS and don't be hostile about the situation. They have a duty to ensure your daughter is safe, and are just doing their job. I hope you get things sorted soon, you sound like you are doing everything you can do to make sure your daughter is safe and looked after.0 -
Thank goodness the Forum format has reverted to the original. It is the best format and one which I hope will long remain as it is. Thanks MSE for switching back0
