    I don't really know how moist a frozen pizza base is. It must be water from the paste frosting on the inside and then being absorbed by the dough. Bit baffled. Before pizzas ebcame common here I remember people making cheese on toast with ketchup on it. I expect they don't need that in Italy.:D
