I once had DS1 ask me to lend him £20 because he'd 'lost' a £20 note in his bedroom!! I told him I'd lend him a £10 note and I'd go and find the £20 one that was 'lost':rotfl::rotfl:

Well... my day had been eventful and very long! Start at 5, out of house for 5.30. In office for 7, very eventful day tried to get home for 7 to go to Morries....... stuck in traffic so got home just before 8 to pick DS2 and reindeer girl up to go shopping. Bless her she was wet with sweat through when she went through the till for the first time, she then got into the swing of things... totally stocked our, reindeer and one of DS2 friends house (it is really sad as he is only 20 and had lost both parents by the time he was 17, but has a great older brother).
We had a great time in Morries, giving out the till splits that we got with every shop and a 'few' of the £5 tokens, we got carried away, I think everyone in the shop got something. Arrived home to find two of his friends in the kitchen preparing to cook... they had no idea what they were doing. I took reindeer girl back to her house to feed the animals, as I was taking the F&V into the kitchen she starts screaming... the guinea pig was lying there listless. So now I have reindeer girl and the flipping dying guiniepig in the lounge, a totally wrecked kitchen as they made smoothies and no where to put anything. OH is now making me a cup of tea... bliss100
