I've just put my beetroot on to boil and reading what others are doing and might make some jam .. How easy is it to make ?

I found it pretty easy
My first couple of batches were way too thick but Mum showed me how to thin it back down with a bit of boiling water.
My batch I did last night has turned out perfect :j

I used 11 vouchers in 3 goes. SA's were lovely.
I can confirm that the vouchers work on the pre packed potato croquettes and stuffed mushrooms, so should work n the wedges.
I mainly got potatoes, now for a change its fridge tetris and not freezer tetris.

on the order i used my car park voucher on & got a couple of other bits the fruit & veg came to £4.93 but £5 still came off the total :T:T
