You can buy it in some places, but very frowned upon to read it (I say read in a very loose way, is there anything worth reading in it ? ) normally wouldn't dream buying, but will make an exception for cheap fruit and veg. Many places refuse to stock it, but have it in Supermarkets.

Not been around much, have been feeling pretty shi**y. Reading posts but feel like I have nothing to contribute, so mainly keeping a low profile.
I know feeling like this is part of my illness, but that makes little difference. Just have really bad, less bad and not so bad patches.

:rotfl: no worries post away I do :kisses3:

Hiya gang and sorry for not visiting your before now. I had a really rough time but turned a corner in the new year and got back on track with my life. I spend lots of time of facebook fundraising and raising awareness of the plight of dogs in Romania, where they are hunted down, treated appallingly, killed in medieval ways, and the list goes on ......... any way, this now gives me purpose and has helped me so much

I will never forget the support I received from the Elite when Alan was ill and passed away, and also my Mam too. And I do think of you often, but have not even logged into MSE for some time now, and I know that has been wrong but necessary for me at the time

So, to play a tune, in memory of my Alan, Mr 3Dogs, who passed away on 3rd July 2012, his favourite song:

I will be at Hyde Park tonight, watching Jake Bugg, and at 8pm, the time he passed away, I will raise a glass of his favourite malt to him, and I know many here too will remember him

Thank you, and yes, I will try to post occasionally

Special thanks to Zippy and Karlie x x x

Ah you know, I'm feeling a bit like that myself at the moment. (In my case I'm probably just a bit down though through missing out on something.)

It does happen to the best of us. Let's hope the 'not so bad' becomes more frequent. Don't worry about not having anything to contribute - you can be a reader you know. I hope, whatever's getting you down, you're able to concentrate on other things - the key is trying out something that makes you happy, or happier, and taking it easy on yourself. Try not to be too harsh on yourself - we can all be our own worst critics. (Not that you were being harsh on yourself in your post, just that sometimes we criticise ourselves a teeny bit too much.)

    Thinking of you:grouphug:.

Can you buy the paper in the same transaction as you spend the coupon?

Do you consider the Sun to be a fruit or a vegetable?

Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.
