Hello - If JL means john Lewis you get 90 days to return any item with the receipt for a full refund x their customer service is fantastic! I buy a lot of dresses from Hobbs via John Lewis - never a problem if you want to return before 90 days x hope this helps xxx

Transfer between accounts is fine

You must sign up for Paperless Statements AND Paperless Correspondence to qualify for interest on the accounts.

Really? I ordered online as they didn't have my size instore. On the back of the delivery note it says 14 days, I will investigate more closely. They had the same top instore yesterday - £40 cheaper. I still have the tags on mine Thank you so much for the tip :A
