OO that's weird, we could have passed each other not knowing ..

We were very good, just went for dinner and by the time we set off again the M6 in both directions was a car park - might have been slightly quicker to stick with it and got off at Sandbach or even Stoke but we got off and tried to drive through Northwich only to find the road there closed so we ended up doing a magical mystery tour ..
    :

Oh dear, sorry to hear about your torturous journey, so glad that we decided to go home on the M62 and not get back onto the M6 then. It was clear all the way from Preston to the M62 junction at about 12 - 12.30. Wonder what caused the jam? The M6 is notorious for traffic jams. Hope you got back safely in the end.:)

Cheers JB. Back with vengeance, baked a LOT this week and about to bake some more! How's it going it Jelly world? (sounds slightly wrong I know ;))

I've been learning how to make summer puddings, amongst many other glamorous and dangerous things (TM:wink:); not baking in the strictest sense, I know, but still good fun; I'll hunt out the recipes and post, all quite easy to do and super-tasty too.

Attitude has a very big "A" at the moment in our house.

I don't think the heat has been helping. I think if I can get DD3 out in the fresh air get a bit of Vitamin D in her for her arm.

Not sure what to do about getting her to look for a summer job as don't want to put her arm under any undue stress, she has been getting a lot more pain with it lately. :(

I did phone hospital but not had appointment back yet.

That is a dilemma. It's good to encourage them to work in the holidays, but in her case not at the expense of making her arm worse. I guess looking for something that's quite sedate might be best?

I have lots of capital As just now!! DS2 has dandruff and wanted shampoo for that, so I bought it. He's had his first spot and wanted that sorting, so I bought him clearasil stuff.
I then suggest he starts wearing deodorant and got greeted with a paddy and told in no uncertain terms he wouldn't be considering that as he's not a teenager yet. Go figure! Jeez :rotfl::rotfl:
