Been trying to contact CSA for a month......

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone can offer any advice!


I have 2 children (10yrs-13yrs) from a previous relationship, my ex was told the amount he had to pay around 8 yrs ago now and he quit his job and went onto benifits, CSA then got on his case as he was working cash in hand on the side so he decided to go back to work but not pay anything still.

I contacted CSA and said he was now working full time, as he was unwilling to pay they put an attachments to earnings as he had built up arrears in the time he was on benifits (it was a long time!).
His works continued to pay right up until November last yr when he left his job for about 3 months, so I contacted CSA again I received no reply! I've since spoken to my ex who claims he has told them he will pay x amount a month but he doesn't this is why he had it attached to his earnings, even if he did say this then why isn't it in place?

For the past month or so I have messaged CSA 30 times and have had no reply not even a letter, there website claims they try to respond within 10 working days it' been over a month!! (I have printed every single message sent to prove I have contacted them)

I would ring but due to my disabilities I can't, they know this has I have told them, this is still no excuse to why they haven't contacted me. If they know he is in full time work why am I only receiving £10 a month??

I have my suspisions that my ex is getting cash in hand, I however have proof that he is working as I have photographic proof of him in his uniform and video proof too! I have writen to CSA as well and included the photographic proof but still nothing...

What else can I do?!?! I've even contacted my local MP again (he helped me loads last time) but I've not even heard from him....


Sorry it's a long post I hope I've not confused anyone.. Thank you in advance for any replies and help given.
