Hi, I'm currently looking for my 1st Morgage. I have enough money to pay a 10% deposit but have had credit problems in the past. Does anyone know of the best lenders that look at your recent credit status ie: the last 3 years.
Thanks

Your best bet is a broker.
"Credit problems" can mean one thing to one person and something else to another. It could mean you can access high street lenders or need a specialist lender.
A broker will/should look at your credit reports and could end up saving you a fortune by ensuring you go with a lender who will accept your credit history.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
