Hello
I always said I was going to take a month off and take my first holiday in 5 years. As it turns out I took 2 months out (having lost two stone on the DFW diet, and needing new clothes desperately). I've managed not to add to my debt, and make my minimum payments throughout but now I really need back on the wagon.
I've set myself a £20 a week budget for the next 4 weeks, I've got a barrelload of housework to do, and 6 days of overtime coming back which is going straight to paying off that credit card!
I need you to keep me strong! Life off the leash has been seductive, but I cant wait for that to be my life full time... I think I can do it in 2 years if I stick with it.

Hi ClaraB - Welcome back - we've missed you! :beer:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
