Also, definitely add car parking - every driver must pay at least something to park in the average year unless they're incredibly lucky.AD March 2014

There'll be myself, my partner and her 6 year old daughter in the household.
The 'other child related expenses' section refers to my son when he stays-additional petrol & food, plus my partner's little ones School Meals.
The 'satellite/cable tv section is Sky-£60 covers tv, landline & broadband and is already in place in my partner's house.
My car was exempted by my OR in the first instance, so this should be fine.
£40 is for both our mobiles, £20 each.
£84 is child benefit, received for my partner's little girl.
Plus, as i said in my OP, there's a new arrival on the horizon and we need to buy absolutely everything for him/her0 -
The only things that jumped out to me were presents and entertainment these are not allowable expenses, would have to found from some other area.0

Thanks folks. I need to submit this by friday, so if anyone has anything else to add, feel free
As far as the new baby goes, i think all i can do is pop a note in with the IPOQ saying we need to buy everything, and to be honest, i can't budget for any of it, cot, pushchair, everything we need really.0 -
Have you checked to see if you are entitled to https://www.gov.uk/sure-start-maternity-grant/overview ?0

Thanks egre, we'll look into that0

Evening folks, update on my original post. I sent off the new IPOQ around 2 and a half weeks ago. Up until last night i'd had no response so i emailed my OR. She mailed me back around lunchtime today saying she'd received nothing from C&W, so she contacted them and got my new IPOQ. She's allowed everything i posted above and set my IPA to nil, with the understanding that if circumstances or income change within the 36 month period i have to contact the office. I'm delighted with this decision, as you can imagine0
