Csa and requesting a review advice/experiences please?

I have been in receipt of a monthly amount from my ex in respect of our now teenage daughter since 2005 following our split in 2003.
The split was not amicable and it took until Csa had almost reaching the point of ordering an attachment of earnings until my ex paid anything at all.
9 years later I am still receiving the same amount although he's since had at least 2 promotions and several pay rises (he's a civil servant). It's of course obvious why he's not told Csa but if I request a review of what he should be paying I would receive at least an extra £60 per month. Money I could really use for my daughter.
The reason I've not said anything to them before is whenever I've had to do other change of circumstances through them they've messed up resulting in me really struggling.
What would those of you with experience of Csa recommend?

Are Csa still as bad as ever then?0

You will have to apply and see, whatever money you get now, will soon cease within a few more years in any case.0

A change of circumstances based around a pay rise should be relatively straightforward. You'd be surprised how little civil service wages have actually increased over the last 5 years though.0

Yes it's the promotions that will make the difference. It has been at least 9 years. My concern is that when I've changed address, phone number with Csa it took ages till they got it right. I'm still using an old bank account for the payments as 4 times I've tried to change it to the new account and it hasn't gone through right yet.
My daughter could really use the extra money.0
