Ipsos is changing to i-Say

hiya, I haven't had any surveys to answer either I joined about three weeks ago too.

I got those too! I got the follow up survey to it yesterday, I completed it and was supposed to get 400 points and nothing has appeared :mad:

Lots of people are having problems with points not being awarded since they switched to i-say.

If I'd got the 400 points, I would've got enough points to cashout as well!

I also didn't get the 400, I've emailed them about it but no reply yet.

Is it a coincidence that since they switched, a lot of the surveys do not award points anymore, instead you have the chance to win points by being entered into a draw..... Just had my third one in a week, this one would have taken 20mins to complete, no points, just an entry into a draw to win points, I don't think so.......No way am I completing these.

I currently have 1075 points, I might wait to cash out, get my voucher and then leave them.

I joined back in july and am on my way to my third voucher so i am really enjoying it! It is one of my most successful panels!
