Marvel heroes have been taking the cinema by storm lately - Spider-Man, The Fantastic Four, The X-Men and The Silver Surfer are the most recent, with more, including Iron Man, on the way. So it's a pretty good time to be brushing up your knowledge of the Marvel Universe.
The Marvel Encyclopedia is a whopping great 352 page full colour hardback costing only a penny less than 30 quid in the shops. It contains facts on more than a thousand of Marvel's best characters - both heroes and villains with full details of their powers and careers.
