Hi
Just wondering if any of you guys out there believes this could be achieved as a remortgage.
Value 65000 looking to borrow 45000 extra 10000 to pay off existing unsecured loan.
Salary 14400.
3 late payments in the last couple of years no CCDs or defaults.
Many thanks in anticipation

Go on a mortgage affordability site, put in your details and you will get an approximate idea of what you can borrow.0
