Did you always know what you wanted to do for a job?

When I was about 8 years old I wanted to be the guy that drove that van that delivers paraffin to peoples' homes (in the pre CH 1950s many houses had portable paraffin stoves for heating).
So ten years later I started work - in a BANK! Which lasted all of 18 months. Then became a civil servant for 35 years. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
No,
When I left college 25 years, I joined the Civil Service and thought I would be only be there a couple of years as I would find something better.
25 years later I am still a Civil Servant, now doing a job I really love.0
