Sky customer services - top of phone queue

Hi,

This is my first post so I hope I've done it right!

Anyway..

SKY customer services - To get straight through to a customer services advisor (or get very near the top of the queue, no more waiting 45 mins on hold, costing fortunes) when prompted to key 1, 2 3 etc

I have used this a few times and been on hold less than 2 minutes each time

Why phone sky just e mail from their web site ask to cancel and they will phone you within 12/24 hrs.

This is great in principle - but I have a baby & toddler & I run a small business from home - personally I like to talk when I am available!!! Not a dig, just an observation!!!!!
