Hi you need to take 3 copies of the forms with you, one will be returned to you for your records.
Sky seems high at £102 think that will need to be reduced if possible.
You will get a call within the next couple of days from the OR office, just checking on your day to day bank etc, everything else will be discussed during the planned phone interview.0 -

I've never been to a court before, is it likely they have a copier there?0 -
In my experience, courts do not have copiers for the public to use. However, enterprising people have usually opened printing shops near courts, knowing that coptYing is always needed! Or at least a small newsagent with a copier.0

Travel to work £700 a month? Can't you move closer to work to reduce this?I am a Mortgage Adviser

Well, I've done it. I'm now officially bankrupt. Sat at home with a tea and biscuit waiting for the OR to call me after her lunch.
Wish me luck!
Ps, £700 travel per month is necessary as partner needs family support whilst I work so relocation is not an option at present.0 -
Just an update and possibly some good info for those who don't necessarily post on here but lurk and try to see how bad bankruptcy really is before they make their own decision (I certainly used to do this).
I spoke with my OR last week and I can honestly say she was extremely helpful and polite. She really put me at ease and I definitely wasn't treated like I'd done something wrong. She took some background info on why I'd got into my financial situation and we went through my SOA also. At this point it's unlikely I'll have an IPA and I'm hopeful I will be able to keep my vehicle due to my long commute to work.
I've spent this morning filling in various forms (NTB2?) and collecting bank statements that have been requested.
After the apprehension going into court last week I really hope there is some light at the end of the tunnel. For the first time since I was 18 I don't owe any money and if we can get through the next 12 months as a young family we can hopefully start to build a brighter future. I'm sure there will be some hardship to go through but at the moment all I feel is relief. If anyone is 50/50 about bankruptcy and a bit fearful of the unknown, going off my journey so far, I'd say go for it. I hope this helps someone reading. Will keep you updated.0
