The recent OXO fb comp..

I won approx 6 vouchers (50p off coupons) in the recent OXO Facebook competition. However I don't have a printer but I contacted them and they were more than happy to send by post. I only recieved 1 coupon, so I got back in contact with them via facebook message and explained, they told me only one per email address was allowed. So i read the terms & conditions, which at the time, didn't state this and asked why it was still letting me win then. They replied that they acknowledge this mistake on their behalf and were going to change the T&c's and compeition to only allow one coupon per entrant/email address.
However, they're refusing to honor the rest of my coupons (as in, sending them out to me) even though they've admitted the error in the t&cs was their fault.
Just wondering whether I have any grounds to complain really?
Also, just wondering, those with printers, were you able to print out more than one voucher?
Thanks & sorry for moaning! :rotfl:

You've already posted this, and Bluesooz responded to you to say that even, if you printed them, you would only get one voucher...

Please, don't start a new thread for exactly the same topic - it gets rather frustrating to read and see you asking a question someone answered on your previous thread...
ETA - personally, for a 50p voucher on something I'd never buy, I'd not be inclined to waste my time with this. I realise it's a principle thing, but spend the time entering competitions with more useful prizes instead0 -
Sorry i totally forgot I'd posted it
not really with it today lol.
It's useful for me as it's the sort of thing i'd buy2013 - 86 | 2014 - 127 | 2015 - 39 | 2016 - 22 | 2017 - 10 | 2018 - 56 | 2019 - 16 | 2020 - 4 | 2021 - 5 | 2022 - 1 win0
