raspberryketoneproslim on paid offers...

Options
Aaaaaaargh I signed up to do the paid offers, the choice was eithet a £4.95 "free trial" of the raspberry ketone pro slim,or a deposit £10 bingo thing....well I never received the free trial but they took a whopping £59.95 out my bank account, but with no knowledge of how to get in touch to dispute this I emailed paid offers, they take no responsibility and just said I should read the terms properly! Ok so I f*****d up not reading it properly but then a month later they send me a new bottle of stuff, this time with a number,so I called n they agreed to refund the money they took for the "trial" that did not arrive, but said they will not accept a return of the unopened, sealed bottle as it is not safe now??!!! And they had taken £64.90 and will not refund it!!! This is just a warning basically to not sign up for their stuff! I was just trying to earn a bit of money n to make matters worse I'm not the least bit overweight so these stupid pills that I don't even need cost me a lot.I have unsubscribe to the paid offers, but I'm so annoyed that they are conning people like this n take no responsibility for what they are promoting!!! Aaaaaaargh

If you failed to read the terms and conditions, which clearly let you know what happens with the free trial, then it isn't the same as being 'conned' really. Why would they take responsibility for you signing a legally binding contract without checking even the most basic details?

I would suggest that you contact your bank to get your card cancelled and a new one issued as soon as possible to stop them taking more money.

    That's a bit harsh.

These companies usually hide the terms and conditions pretty well and distort the English language to give people the impression that they are genuinely getting something for free.

Having said that, being asked to provide a credit card number is a bit of a red flag.
  • I too was a victim On spotting the payment of £92.78 I contacted them and after much discussion they offered me half back.I then re read the conditions and managed to convince them I was within the 14 day period. They then offered me the full amount less £20 handling charge.I did some research with the help of MSE and sent them an e-mail stating that I was entitled to a full refund as the 14 day period started from date of receipt not date of despatch.I also told them I was about to instruct my bank to reclaim the money via charge back( I paid with a debit card)The then asked me to return the product and they would consider a full refund.I was given a returns number and I sent it first class to be signed for. They sent me another e-.mail and I phoned again.I managed to convince the agent that I had sent the package and quoted the tracking number. He said that they would give me a refund when the return had been processed.I followed up the parcle and it was delivered the next day and signed for by"Norman",In the meantime I receive3d another e-mail stating that a refund had been made and to expect in in 4-5 working days.I wasn't going to hold my breath on this one.this was last Friday(10th July) Yesterday I received a letter from my bank confirming that they would stop any further payments to nutrinobazaar.Today I checked my bank account on line and lo and behold there was a refund for the full amount from nutrinobazaar!!Luckily I have just been sent a new debit card so I asked my bank to cancel the one I had paid nutrinobazaar with which they did.Perhaps I was lucky or ketone had second thought in view of my"threats" or maybe they are a genuine firm(look out for flying pigs!!)Anyway I only lost about £8 in all but I spent an awful lot of time and effort to get my money back.Perhaps my experience will help others. If you stand up to the firm maybe they will listen!!
