Choices Property Investment - Feedback?

I am looking at investing some hard earned cash in a buy to let property. I wondered if anybody had heard of this company and/or used them? I've been scouring websites for reviews, but have only found feedback on them re buying/letting houses (ie traditional estate agency role), but not for their specific property investment arm.
There was a thread on here from a few years ago, which pointed to feedback on a website called gigglingpig - but that site seems to have gone now.
To be honest, the chap I've been speaking to seems very professional and knowledgeable. But I was just wondering if anybody had used them before?
